181. History of Venal - in Corporation, Alliance and Organization Discussions [original thread]
Coming to this thread a bit late, but here are my recollections of the early history of Venal, at least from my POV. I wasn't in beta, but joined retail on day 1. I joined a small corp but quickly outgrew it and moved up to Semiki to ninja mine a...

182. [5] Official announcement - in Corporation, Alliance and Organization Discussions [original thread]
Quote: With VOTF's familiarity to curse and its surroundings XirtamVOTF (creator of the battle-ball) has taken the task of running [5] (Noob scriptor and Chowdown stepping down in favour of the more 'experienced' leader) lol. Xirt ftw! __...

183. EVE Premier League - the Galaxy's first 3vs3 team event - in Player Gatherings and Events [original thread]
Interesting idea. A couple if initial observations: The whole "move the flag to the opposite can" game will end up superfluous - it'll just be a PvP fight (lasting much less than 20 minutes). If you don't want people pod killed, I'd reconsider a...

186. A call for the rebalnacing for the most overpowered module. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Dunno if anyone's suggested this, didn't read the whole thread, but a stacking nerf could work also, i.e.: 1xWCS = 1 point 2xWCS = 2 points 4xWCS = 3 points 8xWCS = 4 points ____________________________________

...getting 1200 bist from ninja mining for a month in a Probe in Y-4CFK. ...you could put 6 MWDs on a Scorp and go 2 million km/s. ...10 second immunity timers made PvP completely impractical. ...running mining ops 20 jumps from a station to get b...

188. Our loss of Rampage..... - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Sincere condolances on behalf of all at TTI. Although I only encountered Rampage on rare occassions in game, he seemed like a good guy. It is indeed a sad and unnecessary loss. If someone wants to set up a PayPal account for his daughter's trust...

193. EVE Online: EXODUS CRASH TEST on Singularity (the dev server) - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Good idea. Just a suggestion, but isn't PF-346 a more convenient location, given most people have their ships in Yulai? ____________________________________

195. So long and thanks for all the fish - in Corporation, Alliance and Organization Discussions [original thread]
We chased down Evol on many occassions, with approximately equal numbers and frequently using frigs/cruisers only, but they chose not to engage. Perhaps it was just coincidence they only got single kills, as did we of course. BTW By "core fleet" ...
